What intervention does assistance insurance offer?

An assistance insurance provides medical aid and assistance in the event of a breakdown, accident or theft, for both vehicles and persons (driver and passengers).

Depending on the formula, your insurance may include the following forms of assistance:

  • repatriation of the vehicle and its occupants,
  • replacement vehicle or replacement transport,
  • towing in the event of a breakdown,
  • roadside assistance,
  • search and rescue compensation,
  • transmission of urgent messages and medicines,
  • help from an interpreter,
  • etc.
